PIE ENTERPRISES LIMITED – WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. IMPORTANT
By accessing or using the web site ("the Site"), you agree to be
bound by the conditions ("the Conditions ") set out below.
Throughout these Conditions, references to "we", "us" and "our" mean
PIE Enterprises Limited ("PIE") of Caledonia House, 223 Pentonville Road,
London N1 9NG and references to "you" mean the user of the Site.
We may modify these Conditions from time to time. Accordingly,
please continue to review the Conditions whenever accessing or using
the Site. If you do not wish to be bound by such Conditions you
should not access or use the Site. The Site is operated by PIE. If
you have any comments, concerns or suggestions about the Site,
please contact us at
webmaster@thePIEguide.com.
2. ORDERING THE PIE GUIDE
If you place an order for a PIE Guide, these Conditions will apply
to your purchase. Whilst we will try to fulfil any orders placed
with us within any stated time, we shall not (save as otherwise
required by law) be liable for the consequences of any delay or
failure to deliver and all orders are accepted subject to
availability.
Orders must be paid for at the time of ordering using one of the
credit/debit cards identified on the Site order page, by sending us
a cheque or arranging a BACS transfer as specified on the Site in
the correct amount and all orders are conditional on subsequent
validation of payment.
Your PIE Guide should reach you in perfect condition, but if it
arrives in defective condition, please return it to us within 10
days and we will arrange to have it exchanged.
Any orders placed are subject to your
right of cancellation
within seven working
days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods).
This is a
UK statutory right. Should you cancel your order we will then
refund you the price you have paid for the goods excluding standard
delivery costs already paid by us and the cost of any special
service provided by us. You are under a duty to take reasonable care
of the PIE Guide, which means it must be unused in order for you to
exercise your right of cancellation.
How to cancel: Please notify us in writing or email as soon as
possible of your wish to cancel. If we have already dispatched the
goods to you by this time, please appropriately package the goods
with the receipt and send them to us so that we receive them within
10 working days after they were delivered to you. Please note that
you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for
collection of them from you and charge our cost of collection to
you. When we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we
will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to
you as soon as possible, and within a maximum period of 30 days.
Data Security: any personal information provided by you for the
purposes of entering into a purchase transaction with us shall only
be used for the purpose of administering your order and for the
provision of after sales service to you. Such information shall not
be released to any third parties.
Please be aware that in no circumstances shall we be liable for any
indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from our
supply to you of any goods ordered. This does not affect our
liability in respect of death, personal injury or physical damage to
property arising as a result of negligence on our part and does not
otherwise affect your statutory rights.
All prices are specified in GBP Sterling, are inclusive of VAT and
are correct at the time of publication on the Site. We reserve the
right to change our prices at any time by publishing revised prices
on the Site. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK,
additional delivery charges and shipping costs and taxes may be
payable. Please contact us for quotes for international orders.
Should you require further assistance, please email
sales@thePIEguide.com.
